Our client invited Ashlar Special Projects into the team at an early stage on this scheme, so that we could offer the benefit of our experience in space planning and provide an insight into how the existing building services could be modified to suit any proposed layout.
The final scheme shown in the pictures were the result of the combined project team’s input, and the final scope installed by Ashlar Projects Limited comprised, glazed partitioning with corporate branded manifestations, metal stud partitions decorated by air in corporate colours, new furniture with accent corporate colours, modification of the existing chilled beam HVAC ventilation system and new carpet tiles installed in accordance with our bespoke design.
